Hum mohabbat ke woh garib bande the!
Woh to chal rahi thi apni manzil ki ore,
Hum gumraah uske hi pyar mein andhe the!
Khuda ka woh ek nadaan ajooba thi,
Mere beshumar ishq se woh anjaan thi!
Lahu-e-rang mera beparda ho gaya,
Uski yaadein hi ab meri pehchaan thi!
