Life was easy when we were kids
We had no grudges to express
Life now, is a gruesome paradise in grids
A place where we die to impress
Life was easy when we fell and injured our hands
We had a first aid kit to heal the bruise
Life now, is a living hell of economic demands
A place where we live to choose
Life was easy when we had books of nursery rhymes
We had to just memorize those sweet stupid lines
Life now, is on a serious course of regressive times
A place where even the darkness of failure shines
